My Biological Therapy Alert for Iphone

As I now have to carry a Biological Alert card everywere I go I have made a wallpaper for my iPhone because I dont carry my wallet about with me but my phone lives by my side 
I have included the original Photoshop file if you want to make your own. 
If you are unable to make your own then I am willing to edit the text for you and then email it on to you. Please use the contact me page to send the details. Please don’t put personal information in the comments.
Remember this is not meant as a replacement of your alert card, as your iphone or ipod can go flat or become damaged.

This is one of the best apps on iTunes for the iPhone and Ipod touch, and in my opinion its the best twitter app too.
It looks fantasic and with it you can:
- Tweet directly from your iPhone or iPod Touch.
- Manage multiple Twitter accounts.
- View notifications for new tweets received.
- Use columns to create your personal dashboard.
- Simply sync to set-up
- Continuously updates between your desktop and iPhone.
- Create Groups to easily follow all your friends.
- Follow topics in real-time with saved searches.
- Reply to tweets and send direct messages.
- Easily re-tweet messages.
- Share photos with Twitpic and YFrog.
- Shorten links with your favourite URL shortener.
- Follow and un-follow people.
- Shake your iPhone to refresh columns.
My Ipod Touch and Nokia 6500 Slide

I currently have an Ipod Touch 8gig and a Nokia 6500 Slide (3 Network, black + 4gig sd card) of course I would have loved a 32gig Iphone on contract, the lack of a decent job puts pay to that. My Ipod and phone live 24/7 in my pocket, I don’t go anywhere with out them. My iPod even goes to bed with me so I can wake up and check my mail and tweets while still in bed
The Apps I use most are Safari, Mail, Youtube, Calendar, Contacts with Groups (by Guidedways), Maps, Notes, ofc App Store, free RSS Reader, the facebook and myspace appz, twitterific, earthscape, IM+, Planets, last.FM, IJiggles (lol), remote and remote pad, too many to mention them all, basicly its always full some of the games I like are Imob, Snake XT, Ironman, Cube and Biiball + Many others.
I use a Belkin Ipod dock with built it 5 port usb hub and an Itrip FM transmiter for my car (Dodge Caliber 08)
What I wanted was a 32gig Iphone on Contract with unlimited everything just so I had every thing in one device. I’m sure I would use all the features even more than with the two separate devices (more texts and emails sent).
